Femtosecond Laser Cutting
This advanced technology is particularly well-suited for producing sub-10 μm holes with minimal thermal damage and excellent process stability. With this capability, Blueacre Technology can reliably machine features to within ±6 μm tolerance, while maintaining high throughput. Femtosecond laser cutting provides a cleaner finish for nitinol parts, needing less post-processing and electropolishing.
