Blueacre Technology can machine complex profiles to create a range of implantable devices. Our femtosecond processing capability ensures that we can cover the widest range of materials commonly used in stents, i.e. nitinol, cobalt chromium and stainless steel. Femtosecond laser technology is also ideal for machining of platinum iridium marker bands without burr. For larger implantable devices our 10 axis Swiss CNC capability adds a new dimension of processing.
